Vaughn Buffalo is Of Counsel at Bradford Edwards LLP. Mr. Buffalo’s practice specializes in mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate legal advice. He regularly advises startups, private equity portfolio companies, venture funds and businesses in acquisitions, financings and other transactions. Mr. Buffalo began his legal career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and at Mayer, Brown LLP. He is a graduate of Harvard College and obtained his J.D. from Columbia Law School.
