This policy does not address information Bradford Edwards LLP (“Bradford Edwards” or “Firm”) obtains from any other source, including information provided to us in the course of an attorney-client relationships, e-mail exchanges directly with our attorneys and other personnel, and through educational events or from our personnel's personal contacts.  Bradford Edwards retains the right to update this Privacy Policy to comply with rapidly evolving technologies on the Internet and changes in its business requirements.

Nevertheless, Internet transmissions and information storage systems are never completely private or secure.

Duration That Bradford Edwards Retains Information

Bradford Edwards stores your information for as long as it considers the information to be useful to carry out the business purposes for which it was collected.

Bradford Edwards does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person below 16 years old.  This Website is not directed to or designed to attract anyone under the age of 16.

Data Storage and Processing Are Conducted in the United States Only

The Website collects information, processes and stores that information in databases located in the United States. By visiting the Website and submitting any personally identifiable information you consent to the transfer of such personally identifiable information to the United States.  Visitors to the United States who access the Website are on notice that you may transfer personally identifiable information about yourself to the United States, and that the United States’ data protection laws may be less comprehensive than those in your own country.

California Civil Code §§ 1798.83 permit California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third-parties for their direct marketing purposes.  California Civil Code § 1798.100 et. seq. (effective July 1, 2020) will contain many of the same rights included in the section entitled “Privacy Rights for EU Citizens” above.
