The Firm has welcomed Vaughn J. Buffalo as Of Counsel and Julie D. Capehart as Of Counsel.
Mr. Buffalo’s practice specializes in mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate legal advice. He regularly advises startups, private equity portfolio companies, venture funds and businesses in acquisitions, financings and other transactions. He began his legal career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Mayer, Brown LLP. He is a graduate of Harvard College and obtained his J.D. from Columbia Law School.

Ms. Capehart’s practice focuses on general commercial litigation, with substantial experience in securities litigation and bankruptcy-related litigation. She is a graduate of Rice University and obtained her J.D., magna cum laude, from New York University School of Law. Prior to joining Bradford Edwards, Ms. Capehart was Counsel at BraunHagey & Borden LLP, practiced with the founding members of Bradford Edwards at a prior firm, and was Counsel at Sullivan & Worcester LLP.
