John McLoughlin is a rising third-year law student at Brooklyn Law School. He serves as a Notes Editor for Brooklyn Law Review where his note “Standing in the Age of Data Breaches” will be published in the coming year. Additionally, in the fall he will represent community organizations as a member of the Community Development Clinic at Brooklyn Law School. John is originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts and prior to law school, he graduated from the University of Miami with a B.S.B.A in Finance and Economics. In his free time, John enjoys playing and watching basketball, golfing, and spending time with his family.
