John Kofi Osei-Tutu is Partner at Bradford Edwards LLP. Mr. Osei-Tutu’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, defending individuals and companies in enforcement matters before regulatory authorities, drafting and negotiating business agreements for startup and emerging growth companies, and providing NCAA compliance guidance to athletes and sports ventures.
John began his career at Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. and Leader, Berkon, Colao & Silverstein, LLP. He is a graduate of Molloy University and earned his J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law where he was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and a 2013 New York City Bar Association Diversity Fellow.
