Mr. Osei-Tutu’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, defending individuals and companies in enforcement matters before regulatory authorities, drafting and negotiating business agreements for startup and emerging growth companies, and providing NCAA compliance guidance to athletes and sports ventures. He began his career at Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. and Leader, Berkon, Colao & Silverstein, LLP. John is a graduate of Molloy University and earned his J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law where he was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
